It is place for people from all over the world visiting or residing in this land to exchange their experience, to share to the world their thoughts and to meet others, from their same country or from others, who are geographically close.

Well I am spending about half the time here in Bogota and the other half in USA. No problems so far. Looking foward to spending more time in Bogota. There are a lot little inconveniences in the way they do things here... but overall its not bad. Seems to me it is safe enough.
